Introducing CroBank Rewards Token ($BANK)
$BANK is a next-generation USDC reward token on the Cronos ecosystem. 8% of every transaction made with the $BANK, goes back to holders of $BANK in USDC rewards. With the recent boom in Defi, our goal here at CroBank is to make Defi easy and accessible to everyone. Defi doesn’t have to be difficult, it can be as easy as buying and holding a token to earn passive income.
Why USDC Rewards?
Stable Coin rewards are the most attractive rewards token as it gives investors a sense of stability & trustability compared to the other popular tokens such as Ethereum or Bitcoin. With Stable Coins, investors would be able to keep track of their rewards easily, knowing that their rewards token will never go down in value. The two options were USDC or USDT, we picked USDC due to the fact that it does not have a history of under collateralization, unlike USDT.
About Cronos Chain
Cronos is a new Blockchain developed by Crypto.com, a company that has played a significant role in growing crypto adoption throughout the world.
Crypto.com is the world’s top centralized exchange (CEX) that has teamed with VISA to provide prepaid crypto Visa cards. They are known for sponsoring the most prominent sports teams along with having long-term relationships with them. Cronos chain is Crypto.com’s DeFi ecosystem initiative.
The CroBank EcoSystem
Introducing The CroBank EcoSystem, we have successfully launched our Core product, the $BANK. All the future products that we will be launching soon will be centered around the $BANK. Holders of $BANK will be able to stake their tokens over on BankSwap and earn some tasty yield rewards or perhaps invest in a new project launching on the BankPad, or maybe mint an exclusive Bankers NFT collection. The opportunities with $BANK are endless, once we have built this whole ecosystem around $BANK.
What’s Next For CroBank?
We have completed phase 1 of our roadmap which is to spread the CroBank name. Given that we have amassed over 2300 followers on Twitter, 1100 members on Telegram, 1200 members on Reddit… I am confident enough to say that phase 1 was a huge success. The CroBank team is not stopping here, we will be progressing with building our decentralized exchange (BankSwap) next. BankSwap comes with a twist, which will help differentiate us from the other decentralized exchange on Cronos. More details regarding BankSwap will be released nearer to the launch of BankSwap. You can expect the launch of BankSwap to happen in about 3–4 weeks from the date of this article.
After the launch of BankSwap, we will continue to build on top of the CroBank ecosystem with BankPad & Bankers NFT coming soon!
